Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with attention to detail and efficiency.
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse spaces, including inventory storage and work areas.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts, scanners) safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with cycle counting to ensure stock accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily, weekly, and monthly operational targets.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Assist in loading and unloading goods from delivery vehicles as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or warehouse management are a plus.
- Prior experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics is preferred but not required.
- Basic proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25 kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and orders.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime as needed.
- Familiarity with safety procedures and a commitment to maintaining a hazard-free workplace.
