Responsibility
- Accurately pick and pack products according to order specifications and company procedures.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and scanners safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Verify the quantity and quality of products before packing to ensure order accuracy.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and shipping targets.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or issues with inventory to the warehouse supervisor.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for handling, storing, and transporting goods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret order documents and inventory lists accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure order accuracy.
- Physical stamina to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg regularly.
- Basic computer skills for operating warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
