Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality control.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas, adhering to FIFO (First In, First Out) principles.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with company policies.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain data accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to load/unload delivery trucks and manage stock rotation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies and reporting issues to supervisors.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a related field.
- Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 kg (50 lbs) regularly.
- Basic proficiency in inventory management systems or warehouse software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols rigorously.
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one is a plus.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends or overtime as needed.
