Responsibility
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost savings and efficiency.
- Lead supplier negotiations, contract management, and vendor performance evaluations.
- Oversee the procurement lifecycle, from sourcing to delivery, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement activities with business objectives.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Manage procurement budgets and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
- Resolve supply chain disruptions and mitigate risks proactively.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and generate reports for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in a BPO or manufacturing environment.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Certification in procurement (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with local and international procurement regulations.
