Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
- Ensure accurate inventory management by conducting regular audits and reconciliations.
- Implement and maintain safety, security, and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations.
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to improve operational efficiency.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff to foster a high-performance team culture.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to streamline supply chain processes.
- Prepare and present reports on warehouse performance metrics to senior management.
- Resolve operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain service levels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse software.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in warehouse environments.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or holidays.
