Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of manufacturing, transport, and logistics teams to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Lead, mentor, and develop deployed workforces across multiple locations in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
- Implement and monitor KPIs to track performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, supply chain, customer service) to streamline processes and enhance operational workflows.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and optimize costs without compromising quality.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to scale operations in alignment with business growth objectives.
- Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in manufacturing, transport, or logistics.
- Proven track record of leading teams and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Experience with ERP systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of local regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices in Indonesia.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
