Responsibility
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and verifying incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas, ensuring easy accessibility and proper labeling.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular stock takes and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Collaborate with team members to load and unload delivery trucks, ensuring timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies or issues related to inventory, shipments, or warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse, logistics, or a related field (fresh graduates with relevant training are welcome to apply).
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and commitment to maintaining a hazard-free workplace.
