Responsibility
- Assist in coordinating the movement of aircraft parts, tools, and materials between warehouses, vendors, and operational sites.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate tracking of logistics-related documentation, including shipping records, invoices, and customs paperwork.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., procurement, warehouse, operations) to ensure timely delivery of materials and minimize supply chain disruptions.
- Support the preparation and processing of import/export documentation in compliance with local and international regulations.
- Conduct regular audits of logistics processes to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
- Liaise with external vendors, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to resolve shipping delays or discrepancies.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment, adhering to company and industry safety standards.
- Generate reports on logistics performance, including delivery timelines, inventory accuracy, and cost analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations (internships or entry-level roles are acceptable).
- Familiarity with logistics software, inventory management systems, or ERP tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of import/export regulations and customs procedures (training will be provided).
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
