Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage the transportation of telecom materials to designated locations.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of equipment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist in warehouse operations, including inventory management and order fulfillment.
- Maintain detailed records of deliveries, shipments, and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize delivery routes and schedules.
- Inspect and verify the condition of materials before and after transportation.
- Resolve any delivery-related issues or discrepancies promptly and professionally.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns related to deliveries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
- Proven experience in logistics, delivery coordination, or warehouse operations.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (if applicable).
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of the role, including lifting and moving materials.
