Responsibility
- Oversee and optimize fleet management operations, including vehicle acquisition, maintenance, and disposal.
- Develop and implement cost-effective leasing strategies to maximize fleet efficiency and ROI.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of logistics professionals to achieve operational excellence and KPI targets.
- Monitor and analyze fleet performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and cost savings.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations for fleet operations, safety, and environmental standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align logistics strategies with business growth objectives.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and leasing companies to secure favorable terms.
- Implement technology-driven solutions (e.g., telematics, GPS tracking) to enhance fleet visibility and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet management, logistics, or supply chain operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record in fleet leasing, cost optimization, and vendor management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive performance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in logistics software, ERP systems, and data analysis tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Excel).
- Familiarity with Indonesian logistics regulations and market dynamics is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
