Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and completeness of deliveries.
- Organize and maintain inventory by labeling, sorting, and storing products in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, adhering to strict quality and timeliness standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (training provided if needed).
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to ensure stock accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free warehouse environment in compliance with company policies and OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse performance targets.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks, verifying shipment contents against documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 kg (55 lbs) regularly.
- Basic proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to coordinate with colleagues and supervisors.
- Familiarity with standard warehouse safety protocols and willingness to adhere to PPE requirements.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends or overtime, as operational needs arise.
- Basic English proficiency (spoken and written) to understand instructions and documentation.
