Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming inventory shipments with meticulous attention to detail.
- Organize and store products in designated warehouse areas, ensuring easy accessibility and optimal space utilization.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, verifying accuracy against purchase orders and invoices.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) or manual tracking methods.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure stock levels match system records.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including loading and unloading trucks.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper handling of materials and maintaining a clean, hazard-free workspace.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in inventory management software or Excel.
- Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 kg (50 lbs) regularly.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, hand trucks) is a plus; certification is a bonus.
- Good communication skills in English to collaborate with team members and supervisors.
