Responsibility
- Receive, verify, and process incoming inventory shipments with accuracy and efficiency.
- Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas to ensure optimal space utilization and easy retrieval of goods.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery, ensuring timely and error-free fulfillment.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with company policies.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate stock records.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards in the warehouse environment.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics is a plus.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics is preferred but not required.
- Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 kg (55 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., inventory software, Excel) is an advantage.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
