Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end RFQ processes, including supplier identification, quotation collection, and cost analysis.
- Conduct thorough supplier evaluations based on quality, cost, delivery performance, and reliability.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to secure the best terms for the company.
- Collaborate with procurement, engineering, and production teams to align sourcing strategies with business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and supplier capabilities to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of supplier performance, pricing, and contract terms.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sourcing activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing or technology environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills to interact effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using procurement software and tools for supplier management and cost analysis.
- Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices in sourcing and procurement.
