As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for the receipt, inspection, storage, and distribution of critical construction resources, ensuring that our projects remain on schedule and fully stocked. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will directly contribute to the efficiency of our operations and the success of our construction projects across Bali.
This is a full-time opportunity offering a competitive salary range of ₱13,500 – ₱16,000 per month (or local currency equivalent), along with the chance to grow within a reputable company in the manufacturing, transport, and logistics sector.
Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of construction materials, tools, and supplies for accuracy and quality.
- Organize and store inventory in designated areas, ensuring proper labeling and easy accessibility for retrieval.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, transactions, and movements using inventory management systems.
- Pick, pack, and issue materials and tools to project teams or departments as requested, following established procedures.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories to reconcile discrepancies and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently to move heavy items.
- Collaborate with procurement and project teams to forecast demand and coordinate timely restocking.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free warehouse environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics or warehouse management is a plus.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in warehouse operations, inventory control, or a similar role, preferably in construction or manufacturing.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data and inventory systems.
- Physical stamina to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts) and willingness to obtain certification if required.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
