Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess or obsolete inventory.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to verify stock accuracy and reconcile discrepancies.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to forecast demand and plan inventory replenishment strategies.
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Analyze inventory data and generate reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials in compliance with company policies.
- Support the implementation of inventory management systems and tools to streamline processes and improve data accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards for inventory handling and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or supply chain operations.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience working in the aerospace, manufacturing, or logistics industry is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
