Join Wakomas Chemical as a Supply Chain Manager / Senior Manager in Bali and lead the end-to-end supply chain operations for a dynamic chemical manufacturing leader. Responsibility
- Lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, and distribution for chemical products.
- Oversee bulk shipping, import/export processes, and ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
- Manage warehousing operations, inventory control, and storage solutions to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
- Coordinate Letter of Credit (LC) transactions and financial documentation to facilitate smooth international trade.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing and vendor management initiatives to enhance supplier performance and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and driving data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards in all supply chain activities, particularly for hazardous chemical materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, sales, finance) to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or Chemical Engineering. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the chemical or manufacturing industry.
- Proven expertise in import/export operations, customs clearance, and international trade compliance (e.g., HS codes, INCOTERMS).
- Strong knowledge of LC processes, banking documentation, and financial risk management in global trade.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools.
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with ISO, GMP, or other chemical industry regulations is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
