Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory using digital or manual tracking systems.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Conduct regular stock audits to verify inventory levels and report discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently, if required.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles as needed.
- Follow all company safety protocols and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a similar role (1+ years preferred).
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift/move heavy items (up to 25 kg).
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory management software.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions accurately.
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one (if applicable).
- Fluency in English and/or Indonesian is advantageous.
