Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory using manual or digital systems (e.g., WMS).
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring timely and error-free fulfillment.
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies and reporting issues to supervisors.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics is a plus.
- Proven experience (1+ years) in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Basic English proficiency (written and verbal) for communication with international teams.
- Valid forklift operator certification is advantageous.
- Team player with excellent time-management and problem-solving skills.
