Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming agricultural products and supplies, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, following company procedures and safety guidelines.
- Maintain inventory records and conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy and prevent shortages.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse layout to optimize space and ensure easy access to products.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks, ensuring timely and damage-free handling of goods.
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure smooth coordination between warehouse operations and transportation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a related field.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (certification preferred).
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25 kg) repeatedly.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management systems.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
