Responsibility
- Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain and production plans to ensure on-time delivery and inventory optimization.
- Collaborate with procurement, operations, and sales teams to align demand forecasting with production capacity.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (e.g., lead times, stock levels, order fulfillment rates) to identify improvement opportunities.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to secure raw materials and manage lead times effectively.
- Lead S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) processes to balance supply and demand.
- Mitigate risks (e.g., shortages, delays) through proactive contingency planning.
- Utilize ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to streamline planning workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in supply chain, production planning, or demand forecasting.
- Proven expertise in manufacturing or logistics environments, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Certifications in CSCP, CPIM, or Six Sigma are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment in Bali.
