Responsibility
- Respond to service calls and prioritize recovery tasks based on operational urgency.
- Coordinate and deploy staff and resources for the efficient recovery of breakdown machines.
- Monitor equipment status and performance, ensuring timely updates to the central system.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to diagnose issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment downtime, recovery actions, and resolution times.
- Assist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance schedules.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide status updates and resolution timelines.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and operational standards during recovery operations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in equipment maintenance, logistics, or a similar operational role.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software or similar systems.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate across departments.
- Basic technical knowledge of machinery and equipment used in logistics or port operations.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in equipment handling.
