Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Sort, organize, and store inventory in designated locations using warehouse management systems.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer requirements.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks and coordinating with transportation teams.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline warehouse processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (certification preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and orders.
- Physical stamina to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
