Responsibility
- Oversee and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution.
- Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels to prevent stockouts or excess, improving cost efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline logistics processes and reduce operational costs.
- Coordinate with transportation providers to ensure on-time and cost-effective shipment of goods.
- Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance, highlighting KPIs and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, as well as company policies.
- Liaise with stakeholders to resolve supply chain disruptions and mitigate risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement roles, preferably in manufacturing or transport sectors.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel, data analysis tools, and reporting.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with incoterms, customs regulations, and international shipping protocols is a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages are advantageous).
- Certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, or Six Sigma are highly desirable.
