Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end logistics projects, from planning to execution, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Optimize warehouse operations, including layout design, inventory control, and workflow automation using WMS and SAP.
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to align logistics strategies with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain KPIs, performance metrics, and reporting dashboards to track project progress and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with local and international logistics regulations, safety standards, and quality control protocols.
- Manage third-party logistics (3PL) partnerships and negotiate contracts to secure cost-effective and reliable services.
- Mentor and train logistics staff, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in logistics project management, with a proven track record in warehouse operations and process improvement.
- Hands-on experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and cultures.
- Certifications such as PMP, CSCP, or Six Sigma are highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with Lean Management and Agile methodologies in logistics environments.
- Willingness to relocate or work in Bali, Indonesia (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas).
