Responsibility
- Perform picking, packing, and shipping of orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records using warehouse management systems.
- Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming goods, ensuring proper documentation.
- Organize warehouse space to optimize storage and retrieval processes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and maintain reports on inventory levels, discrepancies, and stock movements.
- Adhere to safety and hygiene standards to ensure a secure working environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics is a plus.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in warehouse operations, inventory management, or storekeeping.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in inventory software or Excel.
- Physical stamina to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg) as required.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and equipment operation is advantageous.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime, if needed.
