Responsibility
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Supervise, train, and mentor staff to enhance productivity and maintain a positive work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate logistics, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize resource allocation.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain strong business relationships.
- Prepare and analyze performance reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements in all branch activities.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within manufacturing, transport, or logistics.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, and distribution logistics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and other relevant software.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with local regulations and industry best practices is a plus.
