Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits to maintain accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and organize storage systems for efficient material handling.
- Liaise with suppliers, transport teams, and internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse activities.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to inventory and shipments.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives in warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic data entry skills.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols in a warehouse setting.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
