Responsibility
- Conduct thorough quality audits of manufacturing, transport, and logistics projects to ensure compliance with client and regulatory standards.
- Perform site inspections and document reviews to verify the accuracy of project progress and adherence to quality benchmarks.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Validate project deliverables through client feedback and internal reviews, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations.
- Prepare detailed audit reports, highlighting findings, recommendations, and action plans for management review.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control processes, suggesting enhancements as needed.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with industry standards and company policies.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on quality assurance best practices and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Quality Assurance, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance, control auditing, or a similar role within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems (QMS) and industry standards such as ISO 9001.
- Proven experience in conducting audits, site inspections, and document reviews with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and audit management software.
- Certification in Quality Auditing (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) is a plus.
