Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments of luxury goods, materials, and equipment with meticulous attention to detail.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory using digital tracking systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for distribution, adhering to strict quality control and packaging standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently to move and store items.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies to maintain inventory integrity.
- Collaborate with logistics and procurement teams to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in optimizing warehouse layout and storage solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a related field.
- Proven ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 kg (assistance provided for heavier items).
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Basic proficiency in English (written and verbal) to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Certification in forklift operation or willingness to undergo training (if required).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime, to meet operational demands.
