As a Warehouse Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring smooth logistics, and supporting daily warehouse activities. Responsibility
- Manage and organize inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and proper storage of materials.
- Conduct regular stock takes and reconcile discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including unloading, inspecting, and verifying deliveries.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Prepare and package orders for shipment, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with company policies.
- Assist in coordinating logistics with transportation teams to optimize delivery schedules.
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements and generate reports.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics is a plus.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with warehouse management software and basic Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Basic English proficiency for communication with international teams.
- Valid forklift operator certification is advantageous.
- Team player with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
