Responsibility
- Assist the Mill Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the palm oil mill.
- Ensure the efficient and safe operation of all milling equipment and processes.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards to ensure the production of high-quality palm oil.
- Supervise and train mill staff, fostering a culture of safety and productivity.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
