Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming automotive parts shipments with attention to detail.
- Organize and store stock in designated locations, ensuring FIFO (First-In-First-Out) principles are followed.
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to prevent discrepancies.
- Prepare and pack orders for shipment, verifying accuracy against pick lists.
- Assist in loading/unloading deliveries and operating warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts).
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize warehouse layout and workflow efficiency.
- Report any stock shortages, damages, or irregularities to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, stock keeping, or inventory management (automotive industry preferred).
- Strong numerical and data entry skills with proficiency in basic computer applications.
- Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20-25 kg safely.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety protocols and PPE usage.
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions accurately.
- Fluency in English and/or Indonesian is advantageous.
