Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end import/export operations, ensuring compliance with international customs regulations for luxury jewellery shipments.
- Oversee 3PL partnerships to optimize warehousing, inventory management, and distribution networks across Bali.
- Coordinate order processing and fulfillment, guaranteeing timely and secure delivery of high-value merchandise.
- Monitor stock levels and merchandising logistics to align with retail demand and seasonal trends.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to reduce costs while maintaining premium service standards.
- Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to resolve logistics challenges proactively.
- Maintain meticulous documentation and reporting for all shipments, including tracking and proof of delivery.
- Ensure warehouse operations adhere to luxury brand standards for security, organization, and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, preferably within luxury retail, jewellery, or high-value goods.
- Proven expertise in import/export procedures, customs clearance, and 3PL management.
- Strong knowledge of warehousing, inventory control, and order processing systems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage vendor and client relationships.
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or industry-specific tools).
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
