Responsibility
- Assemble and test electronic components and systems according to technical specifications.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet company and industry standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the production process.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including test results and assembly logs.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to improve product functionality and manufacturability.
- Operate and maintain production equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational training in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in electronics.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and basic test equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
