Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments of IT products and materials with 100% accuracy.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory using barcode scanners and inventory management systems.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to client specifications and deadlines.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to load/unload trucks and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures to prevent accidents and damage.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies and reporting issues to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, material handling, or logistics.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and barcode scanning tools.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25-30 kg safely.
- Basic computer skills (e.g., Excel, data entry) and attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in forklift operation is a plus (training may be provided).
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Willingness to work in Badung, Bali (relocation support may be discussed).
