Responsibility
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products to customers in the Dasmarinas area and surrounding locations.
- Assist in loading and unloading goods, ensuring proper handling to maintain product quality.
- Follow delivery schedules and routes to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures and any issues encountered.
- Provide excellent customer service, representing Joyday with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly.
- Assist in warehouse tasks, including inventory management and order preparation, as needed.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies to ensure a secure working environment.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in delivery or logistics is a plus but not required.
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 25 kg).
- Strong communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety procedures.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or driving are a bonus.
