As part of our dynamic team, you will oversee the receipt, storage (FIFO/FEFO), picking, and packing of goods while maintaining strict adherence to labeling, traceability, and cleanliness protocols. Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments with precision, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Organize and store inventory using FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) methods to maintain product freshness and compliance.
- Pick and pack orders efficiently, verifying quantities and quality to meet customer and operational demands.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organization in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and report discrepancies promptly to management.
- Label all goods clearly and maintain traceability systems to support quality control and recall procedures.
- Lead and mentor warehouse staff, delegating tasks and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and report any maintenance or operational issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management.
- Proven ability to follow FIFO/FEFO principles and maintain high standards of accuracy.
- Strong leadership skills with experience supervising or training team members.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., inventory management systems, Excel) is a plus.
- Physical fitness to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg) and work in a standing position for extended periods.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and equipment operation (certification is a plus).
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) to communicate effectively with team members and management.
