Join Align Technology, a global leader in digital dentistry and clear aligner solutions, as an iTero Logistics Specialist in our dynamic Kuala Lumpur office. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes and optimizing inventory management across SAP and Salesforce (SFDC) systems. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance supply chain efficiency, resolve logistical challenges, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Responsibility

  • Manage and optimize SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, including order processing, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
  • Oversee Salesforce (SFDC) inventory tracking and ensure real-time accuracy of stock levels across multiple warehouses.
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and supply chain teams to resolve discrepancies and improve process efficiencies.
  • Monitor and report on key logistics KPIs, such as order fulfillment rates, lead times, and inventory turnover.
  • Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure on-time delivery and cost-effective shipping solutions.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and reduce operational bottlenecks.
  • Conduct regular audits of system data to maintain compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on SAP and SFDC logistics modules.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics, inventory management, or supply chain operations, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP OTC and Salesforce (SFDC) is mandatory.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across global teams.
  • Certification in SAP MM/LE or Salesforce Administrator is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SOX compliance and internal audit processes.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
