Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels across multiple locations to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Conduct regular audits and reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory records.
- Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to streamline inventory processes and reduce excess stock.
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Generate and analyze inventory reports to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and receipt of inventory.
- Train and mentor staff on inventory management best practices and procedures.
- Utilize inventory management software to track and manage stock movements and transactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
