Responsibility
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise.
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring all items are correctly labeled and documented.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular stock checks and cycle counts.
- Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment in compliance with company standards.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks, verifying shipment contents against purchase orders.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety hazards to the warehouse supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or a similar role.
- Valid forklift operator license with proven experience operating warehouse equipment.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25 kg) repeatedly.
- Basic understanding of inventory management systems and warehouse procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions from supervisors.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime, as required.
