Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive production schedules to meet demand forecasts and operational targets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (procurement, logistics, and operations) to ensure material availability and timely execution.
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock, reducing carrying costs.
- Conduct Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to align production with supply chain capabilities.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements for efficiency gains.
- Prepare detailed reports on KPIs, lead times, and resource utilization for management review.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries and resolve supply chain disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality control protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning, preferably in the Oil & Gas or manufacturing sector.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced MRP/MRP II tools.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in data interpretation, forecasting, and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to liaise with internal and external teams.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
