Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
- Manage and lead a team of warehouse staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety protocols.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity.
- Coordinate with transportation and logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to forecast demand and plan inventory levels accordingly.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse or distribution center management.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing large teams.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in warehouse environments.
