Responsibility
- Assist in the receiving, unpacking, and storing of incoming inventory with accuracy and efficiency.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring timely and error-free fulfillment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and hand trucks safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in cycle counting to ensure stock accuracy.
- Load and unload delivery trucks, verifying shipments against purchase orders or invoices.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
- Assist in the preparation of shipping documentation and labels as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum O-Level or equivalent education; higher qualifications are a plus.
- Prior experience in warehouse operations, material handling, or logistics is preferred but not mandatory—training provided.
- Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 kg regularly.
- Basic proficiency in English (written and verbal) for effective communication.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems or warehouse software is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts as needed.
- Certification in forklift operation (if applicable) is a definite advantage.
