Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Manage inventory accuracy through regular audits and cycle counts.
- Coordinate with transport teams to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for maximum efficiency.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve logistics-related issues.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for all warehouse transactions.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track and report on key performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and lift up to 25 kg.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in warehouse settings.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
