Responsibility
- Conduct regular field visits and inspections of assigned gas stations to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Verify the accuracy of inventory, sales records, and operational procedures during on-site audits.
- Document findings and prepare detailed reports on audit results, including any discrepancies or areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with station managers to address and resolve any issues identified during audits.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations at all times.
- Provide training and guidance to station staff on best practices and compliance requirements.
- Monitor and report on the performance of gas stations, including customer service and operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of all audits and follow-up actions taken.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Valid motorcycle and driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience in auditing, compliance, or a related field, preferably in the manufacturing, transport, or logistics sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with station staff and management.
- Proficiency in using audit tools and software for data collection and reporting.
