Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure data integrity.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to reconcile stock levels and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and process inventory reports, including inbound/outbound shipments and stock movements.
- Assist in optimizing warehouse layout and storage systems to improve space utilization and accessibility.
- Support the implementation of inventory control procedures to minimize losses and enhance efficiency.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to verify deliveries and address inventory-related issues.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or logistics.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar WMS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of supply chain principles and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Physical ability to lift and move inventory items as needed (up to 20 kg).
