Responsibility
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure smooth workflow, adherence to schedules, and optimal resource utilization.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain high standards and compliance with industry regulations.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve productivity, reduce waste, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of production staff, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, logistics, and engineering, to ensure seamless production and delivery.
- Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a production management role within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- In-depth knowledge of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
