Responsibility
- Develop and implement production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of products while optimizing resource utilization.
- Oversee material control processes, including procurement, inventory management, and demand forecasting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, logistics, and production) to streamline supply chain operations.
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels to prevent stockouts or excess, ensuring cost-effective material flow.
- Lead order fulfillment strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and meet delivery deadlines.
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce waste, lead times, and operational bottlenecks.
- Prepare and present performance reports on production efficiency, material usage, and supply chain KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all planning and control activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning, material control, or supply chain management within the manufacturing sector.
- Proven track record in inventory optimization and demand planning using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and stakeholder relationships.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or Malay is advantageous.
