Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of production staff to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Develop and implement efficient production schedules to optimize resource allocation and minimize downtime.
- Monitor and enforce strict quality control standards to ensure all products meet company and regulatory requirements.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement lean manufacturing principles to improve productivity and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, maintenance, and quality assurance, to streamline operations.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols to maintain a zero-accident workplace.
- Prepare and present production reports, including KPIs, to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing supervisory role, preferably in a fast-paced industrial environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop staff.
- In-depth knowledge of production planning, quality control systems, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot operational challenges.
- Proficiency in using ERP or production management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Familiarity with ISO, GMP, or other industry-specific standards.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
